Your Game Studio may provide updates, patches, or additional content for Pixel Flap Adventure. These updates are subject to this EULA.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the game or any of its features at our discretion.

In-App Purchases

The game may offer in-app purchases for cosmetic items or features. These purchases are:

• Non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Governed by the terms of the platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play).

Termination

This EULA terminates if you violate its terms or if Your Game Studio discontinues the game.

Upon termination, you must cease using the game and delete all copies from your devices.

Warranty Disclaimer

Pixel Flap Adventure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Your Game Studio does not guarantee that the game will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

Your Game Studio is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
• Loss of data, progress, or virtual items due to technical issues or discontinuation.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Your Game Studio is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this EULA will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of Pixel Flap Adventure after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated EULA.
